This penile exercise to increase size might be a little difficult for you to do since it needs to be done during an erection. Start by stretching it sideways, in different directions for 10 seconds. This needs to be done at least twice in the week if you want to see results. Note - try to avoid early ejaculation. This is one of the best penile exercises for erectile dysfunction.
It seems every guy either wants to tell you how huge his penis is, or make it bigger than it is. And there are lots of methods out there that claim to be able to help. From drugs and supplements to devices and injections and even surgery, there’s lots of options to make your penis grow. But do they actually work, and are they something you want or need to get involved in?

“I have personally recommended this to men and I have received lots of great feedback regarding its long(er) term use. It’s a hydropump, so it works by using water when you’re in the shower or bathtub. To fully understand this, it’s important to know that the penis has three soft chambers, the corpora cavernosa (two large one’s on the top of the penis) and the Carpus Spongiosum (a smaller one on the bottom of the two). When these two fill with blood, you get an erection. What Bathmate or a penis pump can do is expand these chambers, thereby allowing more blood to fill in."
Great news, even without a real increase in size, you can make your penis look bigger, in erect and flaccid state. The easiest one is to shave or trim your public hair, if this extra inch hidden in the jungle is suddenly visible, it already makes you manhood look a bit more impressive. In case you have a few extra pounds, losing lower belly fat can optically enhance your penis, too. Unfortunately, this is a purely optical enlargement, but an easy and instant way to present your penis in a particularly advantageous possible way.
Streching devices and penis pumps are increasingly popular, often selling for hundreds of US dollars. We recommend staying away from these devices, because using them can lead to permanent damage of the cavernous body and blood vessels of your penis. In worst case, the usage of penis extenders can result in erectile dysfunction, the inability to get and maintain an erection. Although many surgeons, including our advisory team, keep warning about them, these warnings are unheard and ignored by many men. Reconstructive surgery for a penis damaged by excessive and wrong use of streching devices is very expensive and rarely results in full recovery.

While you may see an improvement in your erections from this technique, don’t expect a huge size boost. Men who had STIM shots gained only about .2 inches in length and girth per injection, and results typically last just two to three months. But repeated treatments could expand the vessels and tissues in your penis and provide longer-lasting results over time.

“My advice to men is that before they try any potions, creams, pumps or surgery, improve your technique. You will feel more confident and women will like you a lot more, at least in the bedroom,” says Dr. David Shusterman, MD, the Medical Director of NY Urology. A lot of men don't invest money into the right products that will improve the outcomes. “At every Duane Reade they have what I call a penis enhancement pack; it includes a penis ring with a vibrator on it. The pack is $10 and it will achieve what the men want to achieve without going through surgery,” says Dr. Shusterman. A lot of men want enhancement but it tends to only hurt your sex life, not help. “Most guys regret going through surgical enhancement,” says Dr. Shusterman.
Lose belly fat. Your penis may look smaller than it really is if it's partially obscured by skin that droops over the top. Losing belly fat is no simple task, but it can make a big difference when it comes to the perceived size of your penis. Start taking measures to lose weight and you'll likely see improvement in other areas as well. According to a report from Harvard, men with a 42-inch waist are 50 percent more likely to have erectile dysfunction (ED) than men with a 32-inch waist.[9]
Update 10/20/2019: A new metastudy done by scietists from Italy and the UK reviewed several non-surgical and surgical approaches to increase penis size and evaluated their risks. The results are fully in line with out own and support the statement that penis surgery and almost all of the devices and pums sold for enlargement present a high risk and very limited results.

“Many men think that the hardest and thickest they can get it just by letting nature take its course and when that blood reaches the penis they get an erection and it ends there. I don’t think that’s the case. It’s like working out in the gym. You will have a whole different workout and your muscles will respond (and look) differently when you have taken a pre-workout, creatine or some other supplement — your pumps will be bigger and your muscles will look fuller. Well the same goes for the penis: if you pop a pill or pump it with a hydro or air pump, you will surely see a difference,” says Debois. The Extenze is one of those popular penis/erection supplements.
Consider taking L-arginine. This is an amino acid that leads to increased blood flow, helping the penis get larger during an erection. A study conducted at Tel Aviv University showed that some men experienced improvements after taking the supplement for 6 weeks. It's available in natural food stores, and the recommended dose is 1 gram (0.035 oz) three times a day.[2]

Contrary to popular belief, your penis is not a muscle, nor does it contain a bone. It's better to think of it as a kind of sponge, which, when flaccid, is soft and malleable, but can quickly become engorged when filled with blood. Two large cylindrical chambers, the corpus cavernosum and the corpus spongiosum (see?), fill with blood during arousal, causing your penis to harden and grow in size.
A fairly common way for surgeons to add volume in such areas of the body as the face and butt, fat grafting is also an option for the penis. Dr. Tim Neavin, a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills, California, says that some surgeons have been doing penile fat transfer (also called composite augmentation phalloplasty) for decades. In this technique, a surgeon takes fat from the belly or inner thighs and injects it into the penis to increase girth.
Dermal fat grafting (DFG) involves the extraction of a patch of skin from the patient's own body (usually the lower back, lower abdomen, or buttocks) along with a layer of fat. After the skin is removed from the penis, the extracted tissue is grafted in its place. Because the extracted skin is thicker, it will increase the circumference of the penis. By taking tissue from the patient's own body, the risk of rejection is low.
