Ready to try it for yourself? Here's how to do it: Squeeze the muscles that you would use to stop the stream of urine and hold the contraction for 1 to 2 seconds (concentrate on only using your pelvic muscles, and not your glutes, thigh, or hip muscles). Release. Repeat 30 times, resting one minute when you're finished. Perform 3 sets, 3 to 4 times a week.
“I have personally recommended this to men and I have received lots of great feedback regarding its long(er) term use. It’s a hydropump, so it works by using water when you’re in the shower or bathtub. To fully understand this, it’s important to know that the penis has three soft chambers, the corpora cavernosa (two large one’s on the top of the penis) and the Carpus Spongiosum (a smaller one on the bottom of the two). When these two fill with blood, you get an erection. What Bathmate or a penis pump can do is expand these chambers, thereby allowing more blood to fill in."
The vacuum pump. This is a cylinder that sucks out air. You stick your penis in and the resulting vacuum draws extra blood into it, making it erect and a little bigger. You then clamp off the penis with a tight ring -- like a tourniquet -- to keep the blood from leaking back into your body. What are the drawbacks? The effect only lasts as long as you have the ring on. Using it for more than 20 to 30 minutes can cause tissue damage. This is sometimes used as a treatment for erectile dysfunction, but has not been proven to actually increase the size of the penis.
