Manual penile exercises can be done without the need of special equipment. However, if you add extenders or pumps to a workout routine, you can enhance your gains. For beginners, it’s recommended to do one of the beginner-friendly exercises first (like stretching or jelqing) for a few months before doing combination routines with equipment. This ensures the penis has been fully-conditioned for the additional load caused by extenders or pumps.
Take the head of your dick in hand (if you have a foreskin than pull this back so it does not get in the way, remember you are pulling the penis NOT the skin). Then stretch it out directly in front of you, holding it for 10-15 seconds. You should be able to feel the stretch at the base of your penis. Repeat the action 4 or 5 times. After that, relax penile and massage the head to restore normal circulation now, take penile firmly in your hand and pull the penis to the right. Pull it to the right until you can feel a pressure on the left side of your penis.
“The majority of men who come in seeking penile enlargement are average,” says Lipshultz. “I just don’t think men have a realistic idea of what normal is. Hence they think that they are below normal when actually they’re average.” (For the record, the average erect penis measures 5.6 inches, according to research published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine.)
A fairly common way for surgeons to add volume in such areas of the body as the face and butt, fat grafting is also an option for the penis. Dr. Tim Neavin, a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills, California, says that some surgeons have been doing penile fat transfer (also called composite augmentation phalloplasty) for decades. In this technique, a surgeon takes fat from the belly or inner thighs and injects it into the penis to increase girth.
Another variation of the super-concentrated thrombocyte injection is the STIM shot, another term coined by Dr. Neavin. The STIM shot combines PRP injections with the application of a penis pump to apply negative pressure and create micro injuries in the tissue. This allows PRP to spread evenly throughout the penis and target the tissue with its reparative and rejuvenating properties.
The question most men probably care for most. While many woman claim that penis size isn’t important for them and it’s all about the right technique and a loving partner treating them well, that’s only half the truth. In totally anonymous surveys, the number of women claiming that penis size is important for them, at least from a aesthetic viewpoint, is significantly higher than in face to face surveys. This fact doesn’t mean a smaller penis can’t satisfy a women, it doesn’t mean you can’t have a perfect sex life with a small penis, but the the harsh truth is: Size matters, at least for some women. No need to panic if you have a small penis, according to a combined study of several reasearch institutes since 1942, 85% of all women are happy with the penis size of their partner, while only 55% of all men are happy with their own penis. So, the percieved problem is bigger than the real one.
